Most of cloud firewalls on websites block russian IPs as dangerous hacker addresses so that could be a reason too

Try asking your provider. Sometimes they block or limit access for unknown reasons.
There was a time when me and my girlfirend had different providers and hers was blocking lots of pages while mine didn't. So who knows what goes on in their heads...

Or maybe some other countries as well? The site has been basically unavailable to me for the last week or so, but whenever I use VPN, it loads without issues. Or maybe that's just me? But why? I don't dare writing to their support, they are not exactly known for being understanding and might ban me if I mention VPN in any context.
