I used to have a lot of lucid dreams back when I took the time to journal all my dreams down. Being able to control events in your dream and fly or walk through walls or whatever you want is awesome. The only annoying part is I often started to have false awakenings and dreams within dreams, that can potentially be cool but it can also fuck with your head a bit when you think you actually woke up and are no longer lucid but still dreaming.

I had few of them and it was freaking awesome! I want to learn and train so i can lucid dream every night, i would love that.
Edit: I did a little research and found out that if you listen to ''Binaural Beats'' you increase your chance for lucid dream.
Try meditate while listening to Binaural Beats and keep thinking of you waking up in your dream.
