Sorry but i don't understand i win Postal dlc and when i want to activate the giveaway it was deleted,
And now i have this:

Presumably you are referring to the "POSTAL 2: Paradise Lost" giveaway. You already own it, so it was re-rolled.
The "Please remember, all games ..." notice on the Won page is there for everyone, and nothing to worry about.
