Gamers Gate Ubisoft Summer Sale = Steam DRM?

I was thinking about getting something from here but I wanted to know if any of these products were for Steam.
One I am very interested in is Tom Clancy's: Future Soldier

If it doesn't say Steam, its almost certainly not Steam. They do a good job of listing the DRM.

Most of them are for Uplay. Check in the details of each item. If it says "DRM: Other DRM" or " DRM: Uplay", those are for Uplay. Call Of Juarez: Gunslinger is one of the exceptions.

Other DRM can also be Other DRM. They sell games that aren't connected to digital download services like Uplay, Steam, etc.

I have bought many games from there. Most of my Uplay games were bought from there, and Ubisoft games that say "Other DRM" actually have the Uplay DRM. GamersGate never updates the store pages, some of them are listed with older information, or no information about DRM at all (even if they have).

Just a FYI, even if these are for Steam or not you'll still have to use UPlay.
If that is whats stopping you, then consider that.

That said, looking at the pages for some of them it seems they only list UPlay. So I think thats a no.

I know that I have to use Uplay either way but I would rather have it originally in my Steam library

You can still do that even if its a Uplay only version. Just "Add a non-Steam game to my library" and you can use the Steam overlay, take screenshots etc. while playing it.

I bought Dark Messiah of Might and Magic for Steam in this sale but other stuff isn't for Steam. I believe it says on the sidebar under DRM/Activation if the game is for Steam. Good luck!
