Didnt receive steam point

So, ive got 3 awards from guide that ive made, but the point that i received is only 100 points from those 3
Is the steam point doenst instantly added to your point balance or is it bugged?

You need to wait 2 weeks before they get added to your account.

Because points used for giving awards to other users are earned when you make a purchase which can be refunded during that 2 weeks period.
