Adding custom links to your steam profile?

If you are talking about the "steamgifts" "steamrep" "wasted on steam" links, that's there because you are using enhanced steam and you can't edit or change them. They're there for everyone.

Go to your profile and click edit profile there should be an option that says custom url: ? http://steamcommunity.com/id/______/

put your custom url inbetween the slashes!
