Is it me, or are steam avatars blurry in a way

All the avatars, whether they be default or custom made come out like they are stretched.

Like I made one for myself today cos i needed a new one, made it 184x184, doesn't look as nice on steam as it did in photoshop.

Am I doing something wrong, or is my display just messed up

Maybe eyes? you can buy new ones from DavidSarif from the Sarif Industries.

everything is fine, its just the resolution doesnt seem to keep :\

Imho, it's best to wait until the Summer Sale to get a pair of those. For the low effort of waiting a few weeks, you can receive a 10-90% discount on any set you like.
