I just won a Gene Shift Auto giveaway where the GA creator claims the key was from this bundle and it showed up as duplicated. I obviously can't guarantee that something else didn't happen with this key before I won it, but just throwing it out here in case someone else reports issues with the same game that they are likely not alone in this situation. GA creator realized that it might have been activated by them. Leaving the comment up anyways still in case it proves to be an issue for anyone else, because this is not a 100% confirmed either way situation.

It was used for a giveaway and has only the winners reasonable claim that it has already been used. No way to prove it but if a number of buyers make similar claims then readers can draw their own reasonable conclusions.

It turned out i didn't yet play one of them, even. Overall, too many games i wouldn't enjoy playing. You are right i should have known, it was a difficult sensitive time mentally for me and i made a wrong decision. As i see it i bought EBF5 for 50 bucks, which feels kinda expensive.

When I create a GA for the Gene Shift Auto key, should I use the "Deluxe Edition" DLC option?
That's the only valid option I can see in the GA creator.

I got a CHUCHEL key from someone about 3 hours ago and it worked fine. So the list saying those are deactivated is inaccurate.

The list is based ONLY on people's reports, like yours above. I have no other way to know whether the keys work or not.
Some keys seem to still work, some don't. As you can see there are failed and successful activations like this for several games.
It can be that for some games there is a mixed key pool, and the devs invalidated only certain batches. It can also be that the failed activations reports come from various external reasons (Steam not working properly - since the servers are overloaded during sales anyway, winners mistakenly activating the key twice and seeing that the second time it's a "dupe", or just people forgetting that they already used the key as a giveaway or in a trade).
Time will tell.
