I'm stuck at 4. Everything else I could solve. But for 4... I think I know the answer (it matches your tip further down in the comments) but it's not accepted. So I'm lost. In half an hour I'll get the hint on the page - maybe that will help. (I hope it's a different one from the one below š)

Yes. That's the one (at least the country of origin part) that I was already following. I was thinking of Gargamel - which isn't the solution though.

I have a lot of issues with nĀ°9 even with all the clues, I can't seem to find it.
I have a pretty good idea of what the character might wear (and I noticed the flag) but it doesn't help me much. Too bad I got so close >:

Welp. This man is on the moon. And flag tells ya in which country it's most known fictional character. I even tell ya that upper part of that flag is white and bottom part is red. GOOD LUCK. I've heard phrases in which folks managed to solved it so i know it's easibly doable. Yes.

I didn't do too badly this time. I knew 5 of them immediately, easily googled another one, and got 3 more once the hints were revealed. The only one I still don't know is 4. I saw your hint on itstoohard and on page 2 of this thread but I still have no idea lol. I'm taking a break and will try again later =)

Welp folks. It's been another year. Our normal celebration got a bit interupted so no real party for me. Even in family format. I've gotten Clank expansions (boardgame) as presents and one shirt. I guess it's time to give people stuff that really matters. Games. One giveaway will be shared without any extra puzzle and it's a game i really enjoyed writing my thesis back in a day. So... Yes.
