From what little i investigated before buying i read nothing wrong.

And that's BS. If you just made a purchase in the same session, there's no point in asking your phone number between the payment and viewing the key. Either they ask for it upfront, before payment, or they don't ask it at all. This is dodgy AF, it's like "we got your money, now do the monkey dance or you don't get your key".
I would have charged back. And maybe sent an e-mail to my local Data Protection Authorities while I'm at it. They don't have any good reason to ask for a phone number, I'm buying a $5, highly traceable and revocable key, not a $5000 gold bar that I'm getting shipped to a PO Box in Panama.

That is normal. Employees of stores take photos of the codes and sell them online. If a buyer later returns the box, the store simply replaces it.

Think that would be a great idea reading some of the comments it seems they got good deals more often, but i don't think i'd be the right person to maintain it, depending on how much they got such sales (if it's once every few months i don't have a problem with it, but if it's like every week) so if anyone wants to volunteer for it.

Ark doubled in price when it left EA. Crazy stuff! I cursed myself for over a year for not picking it up in that early monthly and then finally relented and bought it when I had a friend offer to gift me the season pass. sigh

Just base, they got a deluxe version for a bit more but less discount, but it only includes a DLC (as on steam) containing some samurai skin, which you can easily get later if steam puts it on a sale for half, with no price difference.

Most likely that Frostborne would just be a seperate DLC, but i could be wrong.

Seems we get codes from store boxes, who knows what reason they got how they got them, leftover bulk?

It's a grey market site. I don't think comparing it to historic lows at normal stores is of any use. Grey market will always be cheaper. And ITAD doesn't cover them.
