The key here is to not worry too much about it. Sure, it's going to happen but you've got a lot of time to enjoy life. I'm older than all three of you and I've thought about this myself. My advice to all of us is to ignore it and keep having fun. We can't change it, and dwelling on it is time we could have spent enjoying life (or playing video games :D).

not really. it'd probably be horrible. best case you stroke out and are upset she didn't notice or worse maybe she did but didn't bother to stop and get you help....but what if its some really really fat chick who smothers you by accident. you struggle but can't push her off and die helpless. and thats leaving out the whole raped to death angle.

Okay, this almost happened to me in a dream - some fat chick was on my face and I couldn't breath or push her off. Then with some real effort I shoved really hard just as I started to stop breathing - I woke up with a heavy weight on my face... Turns out that my then 1 year old had placed a pillow over my face and laid on it to be close to daddy - damn near killed me in real life...

Who said I didn't like living now? I like watching change and evolution, both in technology and society, so yes, I'd still love to live now to see where we came from and where we're going. Hell I wish I was born earlier to watch even more change, assuming I had immortality to continue on later. And if life and society sucks in the future, so be it. I still want to see everything and know everything possible. Not just lightsabers in caps lock. That actually sounds quite boring compared to what I just said and all the sorts of technology we could have, like life-prolonging medicines, machines to take burdens from our lives, etc.

Ditto for me - I wouldn't mind living forever, not because I'm afraid to die - simply because I'm so damn curious and don't want to miss anything. If I can't do that then, well same idea again, I want to go out eyes wide in a bang big enough to take everyone (and hopefully the entire planet) along with me - screw people, all we've ever done is screw each other and the planet over.

I'm the only person that really exists since I'm the only one I can control by myself. This leads me to the conclusion that everything around me is just simulated and not real. Meaning everyone here in the forum is not real, you are just subjects who exist to enhance my life. This also means that death is only an illusion which exists for all of you. I'm the only real person, the world is built around me and I'm not going to die. Yep.

I don't. I will never think about how i'd like to die, if i'm actually going to, it won't matter anyway.
It's more fun to believe that i will live forever for some reason, or not think about it at all. Spending time thinking about your own death seems like such a waste of time.
