Most likely due to licensing running out on a character or characters. Happens all the time. I remember a bunch of Adventure Time games getting delisted at the same time. Snagged a couple of em.

I am going to assume that it probably won't be back on Steam because to get the unlocked items in the game, you have to be registered on their server. As you know, Telltale doesn't exist anymore. 😞

It's unlikely, because it has Borderlands characters and recently Gearbox bought the rights to publish Tales from the Borderlands from them, so I guess that shows that they're unwilling to license telltale to use their IPs anymore.

Address and VPNs don't matter, what matters is in which amazon you created your account. Accounts created in amazon.com should be fine.
