The winner of my giveaway says the line with the key doesnt appear by him

I hosted some days ago a giveaway and after waiting some days the winner told me that the key did not appear in the line.

Be sure you put the key and clicked to send it on https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/created

SG does not send the key automatically (unless it is a 50+ copies giveaway)

I think that was the problem i thougth the entire time unsend was for deactivating that the person can see it if you suspect the winner to be a bot or something.
