Pillars of Eternity at Yuplay store

Does anyone know if there's a region lock on Pillars of Eternity in Yuplay.ru store. If I'm reading SteamDB correctly there's none but I want to make sure before buying. I know lot of games are restricted outside Russia and CIS but there are exceptions. Hope PoE is one of them :).

Yeah, I would like to know that too.

Keep in mind that this is a pre-order and as the page states: "For pre-order key is issued for the day or the day of release"
