Is tropico 4 a single key? Thinking of buying this if another decent bundle comes before the 8% coupon ends

I only want CTU but it's reviews are weak, so easy pass for me.

It's a nice bundle. I own most of them, but I'm in for one game.

Creeper World games were super cool but over my head back in the flash-days, since then already bought them on Steam (they go for a dollar on sale). Have to make a proper check from my PC about what do I own, but this is a nice selection for a good price :)
