Question about Giveaways

Hi Guys and gals, I haven't given away anything in quite some time. I want to make sure I did it right.

I put the Humble gift key in the "add key" area, is that acceptable?

Yep, that should do it. You could also just email the gift link to yourself, and paste the key in there, but gift links are acceptable as well :3

Next question...how long does it take to request a new winner? I've never had to do that before.

One week. It's on the FAQ.

If you found something fishy on your winner (rules breakers and so on), you can request a new winner instantly.

Depends on the ticket queue. It usually is done within hours or a day.

If the winner doesn't accept the key/gift in 7 days, you can request a re-roll. If you find that the giveaway winner broke some of the rules on SG, or they refuse the gift, you can request a re-roll immediately (if you're not sure if the winner broke any rules, you can still request a re-roll, support will check for you and deny the re-roll if no re-roll is necessary).

After submitting a re-roll request, it typically takes less than two days for me.
