Technically 7 days, in practice it's about 2-3 days for steam wallet and 3-4 for credit card.

you might want to filter transactions through paypal, I feel it's a little more secure, if you do be sure to remove stored credit card numbers at various online shops to reduce risk of the numbers getting out there if they are hacked.

The average is 3 business days, but it can depend on where you live and what bank you are at. Some banks tend to complete transactions from foreign accounts one banking day after the money transfer.
