Steam Games getting weird install/update?!

Anyone getting this or seeing this?! All of my installed games are bein queued for updates.

Some gets 0 download, others get 100MB downloads. there are also 200MB to 500MB downloads.

i have the same issue and i found this was happened after using steam cleaner software...steam will redownload back all the redistributable...
i have to set to autoupdate-disabled on every games after using the software so steam won't automatically redownload all the junks back...
