Initially, T1 purchases received Warhammer: Vermintide 2 - Collector's Edition Upgrade {sub/251877} instead of Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide Collector's Edition Upgrade (source)
A few hours after release, the keys for Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide Collector's Edition Upgrade were replaced with the full Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide Collector's Edition {sub/79384} (besides the Collector's Edition Content / Upgrade DLC it also includes base game + 2 other DLC) although what's advertised in the bundle is just the Upgrade DLC. This means you get Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide (base game) twice for T1.
There are no region locks.

[Tier 1] I'm a Collector, and for one mere dollar! Yay.

[Tier 2] I guess Vermintide 1 isn't that active anymore, but I'd still like all those DLCs.

[Tier 3] Too shy to go for the full 18 holes, uh, bucks.

[Tier 4] Nothing less than the best will do to stop the Vermintide?

[Tier 0: Already own] I'm one of the thousands of people who play this game all the damn time. Sadly own these. At best I'll snag a copy to gift to gaming pals.

[Tier 0: WTF, it's incomplete] $18 for a four and a half years old game and there's FIVE THINGS MISSING? You were smoking something, right?

[Tier 0: No interest] I wouldn't play this if it was a third of the price. Can't we get a Metroidvania?
