My first puzzle (Giveaways inside)

Hello fellow steamgifts users, I have a lot of DOTA 2 copies to give away so I decided to make some people happy and gave them away, so there you have it. I wrote the numbers to make them ninja proof.

I also have 4 giftable copies if you want one of them just add me in Steam and ask for it.

If you already have (or don't want) DOTA 2, don't feel left out and try to solve this puzzle for a game that you may or may not have.

stuck on 9 and 11 :(

EDIT :- now it's only no 11 that i cant figure out despite the hints. i know i have seen the character but cant find his name.
