I cant create a giveaway

Hello, I just can't create a giveaway with a game named Why so evil 2 dystopia, i just can't see this game in the list, can anyone help me?

Yep, it's because the game was given away for free some time ago. You can't create giveaways for games that were given away for free before ;)

It's been given out for free in the past.
You're not allowed (yet) to make giveaways for games that have previously been free.
