Is there a way to blacklist users so I don't see there posts?

Basically, I just want to be able to remove people who post ref links like that guy posting to advertise that steam powers crap. Is there a way, and if so how?

Nope, there is not. You just have to ignore it and move on, find something else to do. Don't worry about it.
