When I think of a spear now all I think about is that Voodoo game being promoted on Indiegala lately, lol.

You can fight with spears while underwater in Guild Wars 2.

Tiger Knight: Empire War allow you to unlock and use many kinds of weapons. Personaly, I prefer to use the spear, that allow me to fight whilst keeping the enemies away and under control(other then being able to hit more then one with just one hit).

That's all. The only one I remember that allows that is The Cursed Crusader, I think, but IIRC that wasn't such a good one. Oh, also Mount and Blade, but frankly using a spear there barely feels different from using any other kind of weapon, so eh.
