Fake giveaway

Could you do something with fake wins, some of us posted a scammer that was making a giveaways with redeemed keys. And for that time nothing is going forward. We entered a giveawas form that user

Many of the "lucky" winners have given a gift recived feedback, (me too) but i was so exited that i've won that i clicked it first, and i didn't know that we can choose not recived after all.

We had posted that problem here http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/kk03s/on-submitting and in some not important topics. So we waiting for solution. I think that taking a point from wining giveaways, and banning a person who made a giveaway should be an option but may the rest of victims post here for their opinions and solutions for that.
