I registered and voted yesterday and was able to get the key today. It was sent to me less than a minute after clicking the second email link. Of course, now I have to figure out what to do with my Civ 5 giftable copy and Civ 5 Gold key that I never got around to using. I just can't seem to pass a good deal!
