It's hard as hell, but I figured out a way to win when starting second. You have to force the other player into a certain position, which requires pretty much luck since they could choose differently.

I was aware that's what you meant, and I was saying that I know a possible way to beat the opponent when playing second, even if it's a very slight chance. I remember figuring out the solution to winning at this game when I played with my little sister a time ago.

I'll see if I can draw up a demonstration.

[EDIT] Oh snap... I'm sure we had found a way to do it, but I can't seem to be able to reproduce the same moves required to make it work. Maybe you're right after all.

If they both play perfect no one can win. It ends in a tie.

Tic Tac Toe is a solved game, is what he's saying.

Playing perfectly on both sides will always result in Chickenscratch.

You can't always win if you go first. If both players make perfect moves, there always will be a tie.

I find it funny that you can still add it to Wishlist and I see one of my friends still has it on his Wishlist :)

Some add free games to wishlist just as a reminder to get it later.

Why don't you add them to your library but keep them uninstalled?

I thought it was possible to start installing games and then cancelling it. Perhaps it's not possible anymore, but I think there was/is a way to do so.

They just disappear out of the inventory.
There are some F2P games that are added to the library though, like Grimm or Dota 2 (I played in the beta, I have Dota 2 and dota2test always in my library) or TF2 when buying the Orange Box. Or probably because it added the premium DLC to my account, but it's there anyway.

Hey, guys, thanks for playing!
But you've only talked about the Classic mode, please check out the Ultimate mode, as well ( hey, it's even in the title of the game, lol :) ).
Be sure to check out this quick visual guide first: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=433835229
Enjoy!
