I couldn't find this mentioned anywhere, and considering the amount of bundle addicts that frequent these boards I thought we should shine a light on that Cubic Bundle is apparently shutting down March 14th and any keys stored there will be inaccessible after this date.

As per the newsletter:

We would like to inform you that we are putting Cubic Bundle activities on hold starting March 14th. This means you won't be able to access your dashboard, so please make sure you have all your keys downloaded and activated by then.

Again, this isn't mentioned anywhere (not on their website, social medias or the reddits), so take it with a little grain of salt. Just copy your keys somewhere to be safe.

feels like this came out of nowhere, or did i miss something?
what happens to "related" sites gogo or bunchkey?

Isn't GoGo a branch of Otaku though? And Bunch keys is a Canadian business. Don't think they are related at all.

Go Go bundles are part of OtakuMakers, yes. Not sure about Bunch of Keys

They are not related. DIG, Otaku=GoGo, Bunch, Cubic, LazyGuys etc all are separate entities.

what is the relationship between otaku and gogo / what makes them different?

Earlier it was only OtakuMaker. Then they split only the web sites into Otaku ("better" games) and GoGo (shovelware).

Thanks for letting us know, had no idea. Guess I need to check all my spare keys quick smart.

What do they expect when they have mostly garbage games in their bundle...

Well, GoGo is still alive despite that :D

One major difference is the pricing. Bundle from Cubic Bundle rarely goes below $1 each, even with double copy. On the other hand, Go Go's bundle can go as low as $0.35 when buying in bulk.

do all key became invalid or they just can't be seen again since they close access to the dashboard.

Keys won't become invalid, but they ask you to activate them just in case you run into some problem and require support.

Saw this thread yesterday then got the same email last night.
Had a look. Seems I've bought 1 bundle from them.
2016-10-27 CB Ultimate Cubic Bundle

I activated 4 back then, (and played none so far). The other 7 keys are now up for grabs.
7 Public Level 4 GAs. Ending tonight at 10pm mountain time. About half of these must have gone NO CV at some point but thats ok. If you want them, go enter them. They are public so they are easy to find, or click my profile.

I know the keys are still good after the site shuts down but they might as well get used vs sitting in my spreadsheet.

Meridian: Age of Invention (3P)
Rescue Team 5 (4P)
Goblin Defenders: Steel‘n’ Wood (3P)
Showtime! (6P)
Pixel Puzzles 2: Birds (10P)
Pixel Puzzles 2: Space (10P)
Heroes of Hellas 3: Athens (3P)

lol. I just noticed they end tomorrow night at 10pm. Not tonight. Not that it matters. I wonder how I did that? Oh well. More time for people to enter I guess.

New email (I'm not sure why they won't put a BIG warning on their website, too):

Yes, I have just received that today too.
I suspected a phishing email, but no ^^
Not sure I have bought anything from them, though...

I've gotten the e-mail too.
Maybe it would affect the sales on their site so they don't warn people there.
I also check the keys I bought from them as soon as I got this mail.
I can't recall when I made a purchase from them then I found that the last one, also first one, was on 2015/12. lol
Hmm... Now I know why they couldn't make it. 😶

Never bought a single thing from them. Good riddance as it is one trash peddler down. Now we just need Otaku/Go Go, Bunch of Keys, and Groupees to follow suit so we can get rid of these additional blights on the industry.

And only have Humble, IG and 'Fanatical' (I really want to keep calling them Bundlestars)?
The more bundles the merrier. Competition is a good thing.

But I agree Cubic had most of the lesser quality bundles.

Yes, that is plenty enough and the only ones I ever buy from anyway. I have been and will always be about quality, not quantity. These other sites are not really competition for them and through their operating models they only thing they encourage is the production of more trash and bringing down the level of the gaming industry as a whole.

"and bringing down the level of the gaming industry as a whole." But EA already does that.

I think they only sent one to subscribers of the newsletter, I never got one on the email linked to my Cubic account but my spam account (probably subscribed through some Gleam.io promo) did get notified.

Questionable method.

I was subscribed I bought from them over the past few years. I'm sure I have them backed up but still pretty dodgy company wouldn't trust the keys now.
