Someone is doing a bid for some expensive csgo skins, should I trust him

I saw in the discussions that someone is doing a bid/giveaway for his AWP lightning strike, Desert Eagle and Ak47 case hardened. He is asking that we give him a weapon and the person that gives him the highest value weapon will get his skins. I don't know whether or not he is legit or if he will just take the skins and run.

He says if I give him my AWP Boom, i will be 'guaranteed' to win.

He says he runs these giveaways every week, please tell me if you have ever done business with him http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198096721731/

If I do get scammed, is there anything I can do. Thanks for any help.

Bidding is not giving whatever your bidding instantly.
