Any thoughs on this controller? Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition for PC use.

Both are really good.
Main difference is arrangement - symmetrical / asymmetrical. Logitech is cheaper too.
Lesser differences:
battery: MSI got build-in battery, Logitech needs two AA batteries.
weight: Logitech is heavier but IMO in a pleasant way
triggers: MSI work very lightly, Logitech needs little pressure, but for me it is easier to feel it
sticks: both are very precise, but MSI needs less movement between very left/right or up/down position, so it allows better reaction time but needs more practice for precision actions. I like MSI (asymmetrical) arrangement more
d-pad: Logitech wins, MSI's is a bit too tall IMO, but there two cover plates and round one is actually very good
adapter: MSI has bigger one 1,5cm and Logitech smaller one 0,5cm. Also Logitech comes with USB cable which can be used to connect adapter and MSI comes with two cables - one is for charging purpose only and second one for connecting with android devices I believe
LB/RB buttons: maybe it's just for me cause I have rather small hands but I need to change position of my hands to switch between LB/RB and triggers when using MSI.
MSI looks better IMO, but actually I don't care.
There is no easy choice :D
If I had to pick only one I would go for Logitech I think, even if I like asymmetrical controllers more. Anyway I like MSI and use it often too.
