for some reason when replying to a topic my comment is shown for a second then gets auto-erased.

Is it a steamgifts+ thing? Now I don't know if other people know I replied if it's shown,or anything.

It's 'lag'. If you get the equivalent to the 404 page and then reload it'll be the same as going straight to the page as if you posted, even though you didn't. Happens to me all the time except I manually try to post again, so I don't really get the 'lag' part of it.

Because I'm assuming you didn't really do what I did. I've had both ways happen to me. I've 'recreated' the problem by going back a page after posting and that seems to have the same effect. Happens to me all the time. It just takes patience and a lot of reloading.
