Puzzle for the Alters - ends Jul19th 10pm cest

First part of the puzzle requires you to find a YouTube video, and it is quite easy to do as you only need to get a first symbol of an every new line of the poem - this will lead you to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6FgpUja8vo
The second part is a bit more involved but not that hard:

1. First we read the description, "Kilo Lima November Kilo" there means KLNK, which is the code for the airport in Lincoln, Nebraska. Also in the description you'll find the ID of the 2solve puzzle, with the 2 questions: "Who Started it?" and "... and who was victorious?".
2. In the beginning of the YT video, on the left, you can see flight settings menu, where you can notice the date - April 24, 2021.
3. Searching for the "Lincoln April 24 2021", you may come across Josh fight Wikipedia page, a fun event where participants sharing the same name (a funny nod towards the core premise of The Alters game story) were "fighting" for the right to continue using that name.
