YES! The story trailer for Human Revolution was so well done. This is one of the few games that could be turned into a successful movie compared to milking profits from their existing fanbase. (cough Resident Evil cough)

well ever since the first game they, at least to me, have been about open world and looking around. I guess the could do a movie spin off set in the same verse, which is what im guessing the Fallout tv show would be.

not yet, however bethesda trademarked (or copyright. I can never remember) the rights to a tv show. While I know that this means absolutely nothing, and bethesda likes to own stuff... The idea is now officially out there

Mass Effect series, a few movies in Fallout universe and perhaps a long, decade running series wouldn't hurt ^^
A good Witcher movie / TV series would be nice too, yeah. The existing pair are kinda generic WFRP-to-tape transplants. It's not painful to watch generally [but gods these FX, especially weapon sounds], but it doesn't have terribly much in common with the books either.
