There's already a Stalker movie. Though it's in Russian, and somewhat different from the game as it's based more on the book.

No, simply because of "no multiple choices aspect". Yeah, there would be choices in movie, bud we would never know what would happen if for example Shepard killed someone instead of sparing him.
