correct, the first link is a subid package that contains the game and is RU/CIS specific. that first link is the one that redirects to the store page for me personally because i'm not in that region. is that specific package available for gifting (first linked)? i expected the middle one to not work for gifting, but hoping that first one does for you. =)

Probably leftover from before regions locks. Kinda like GTA V was $30 in China base price before official pricing there, but gift locked. (although back then you could still exploit by adding to cart after selecting checkout as gift :D)

I can't buy the game as a gift for some reasons. The relative button is just inactive. I have this issue with this particular game only, can gift other games freely.
