None, don't buy HP or Acer, very bad quality and cheap brands trust me. Spend little more and buy a good quality one like Sony, Asus, etc.
Things you will regret from this cheap brands:
-Cheap plastic.
-Most of components are cheap.
-Overheat (probably if you gonna use it for gaming, not in first time, but yes after some use)
-Pre-installed trash software that will cause your computer slow boot(not right after buying, but after sometime yes)
-They don't last long without getting something broken.
-They can put 32bit OS instead of 64bit, which is useless.(can happen in other brands too, better see how much but their OS they has, not just Win 7 or 8)

In my country HP is considered a good brand, for most series at least. I know about the quality of acer, but asus aint that good either. Sony is overpriced.
Im open for lenovo or Dell alternatives thought.
EDIT:I wont use preinstalled OS, i will install it myself.
The linked HP notebooks above are made of aluminium mostly, so its pretty solid.

I would prefer HP over Acer, but normally HP, Acer and Packard Bell are the cheapest brands, and your consideration in your country not makes their quality better, I think Lenovo or Dell would be a better choice. Yeah that good decision, using your own OS.

It has an Ultrabook processor, which is lowered in clockspeed. you can recognize that because of the U on the end of the serienumber.
this could mean not sufficient cooling (That is if the laptop is an ultrabook), but I can't say for sure since I haven't worked with ultrabooks yet.
The Graphics card, though is quite a bit faster than the 8750m.

The i3 is superior to this specific AMD processor.

Pentium, Celeron? Intel make far cheaper CPUs than an i3.
I'm not sure about the performance of mobile processors, but in gaming a desktop i3 will beat out anything AMD makes up to the FX6300, which it sits equal with. Intel processors are more efficient, which can have an effect on the battery life. Something important in a laptop.

Pentium/Celeron in 2014? O_o they stopped making these years ago. The ones sold now are just rebadged budget Core derivatives. Anyway, I'd look at more than just synthetic benchmarks. In normal day usage, IMHO AMD >= i3, but loses except for best models to i5 and i7. If you look at link in post above yours, both have similar energy consumption and it's not like you're going to run processor at maximum speed on battery, so then performance stops mattering as much.

If you look at gaming benchmarks (i.e. not synthetic), you'll find the i3 and FX6300 are similar.

Go for the one with the better cpu. You can upgrade the hdd and ram if needed later.

Not sure what your budget would be in USD, but I would go with one with a good cpu. Toshiba is the most popular brand of laptops at my college because of their high quality and lower prices. Personally, I have the following computer from Best Buy (Exclusive to Best Buy)
Toshiba Satellite P75-A7200
It has:
2.4 GHZ Core i7 processor that can turbo boost to 3.4 GHZ.
8 GB RAM
750 GB HDD, with space for a second one.
17.3 inch 1080p HD screen
USB 3.0 Ports x4 with 2 of them having sleep and charge capabilities.
DVD writer. SD card slot. HDMI output, VGA output.

I would probably get the one with i3, because you'll be able to put in another RAM module if needed anyway. i3 is faster and it must run cooler, too. By the way, I own a Probook 450 with i3-3120m processor and Radeon HD8750m GPU, I'm very satisfied with its performance and build quality - awesome for its price. The CPU's max temperature was 70 degrees for me, but GPU's temperature was about 60 while playing CS:GO. The settings are 'Very low - Low - Medium - High' and I get stable 120-150 fps, however it drops to 50 when I'm inside the smoke.
Oh, and Windows 8.1, Skype, Steam and all the drivers takes up 1.3 GB of RAM for me, so 4 GB IMO is enough.

One with a bit weak AMD processor, but better RAM and more HDD space
OR
One with a superior corei3 processor
The price is almost the same. And the HD8750M looks kinda good to run games(even newer ones) at low settings.
But if you have a better idea, im looking forward to it:)
