Dead multiplayer games on Steam?

+1 to this. I was excited to try this out as I had won it on this site. Turns out, its useless shit without a community!

I don't know, some people posted that the MP is dead :> I can't say it myself since I don't own the game yet.

Don't know about open MP (since all people use modded 999999999999 damage equipment) but the closed one is still vital.

Single Player campaign was great, but the multiplayer was shit. Try Max Payne 3 if you want a third person shooter.

try fourdeltaone, it's a free mod that gives you dedicated servers with many players. Works with your Steam copy!

Would've thought Guild Wars would still be surviving (it's not like NCsoft ever shut down the original game servers)

I 100% the game... kinda. Got all the single-player ones ;). Once I got into a server where there were three or four of us but it wasn't enough to start the match. After like 20 minutes people started dropping off since you can't even kill others for a joke while waiting.

As soon as I get my normal, wired connection back I want to try that. Tried searching for a game once, but no1 was on...

You can host your own server, at least in the basic Section 8 :P
