Recently I played Fearless Fantasy and I liked it (for having got it for free). It is short tho, but you can play it just with one hand at the mouse

If I remember correctly, the sequel to Blocks That Matter, Tetrobot and Co., can be played with only a mouse. I'd have to double check though.

i love walking dead....actually, any telltale game i think would be a good option. they have an actiony feel and tense moments, and rich storyline but can be played completely with mouse..thanks for the idea.

Several local coop games have mouse only controls. One that comes to mind that I enjoyed is Jamestown

It seems that nobody mentioned Point Perfect yet. Anyway it's a quite hard game... Point n click games such asTelltale and Wadjet Eye ones should be fine, they are usually quite good.

i can recommend coin crypt, havent played it in a week. back then it required the spacebar once in a while but if i read the patchnotes correctly you no longer need it

Is there any mouse only games that people could suggest? I have a friend, with muscular dystrophy and he is unable to use his keyboard effectively..and so, I was looking to hopefully get him back into gaming, with games he can actually play. He used to be a gamer, but as I said, with his condition, he is unable to.
So, any recommendations on mouse only games would be greatly appreciated(he can use a mouse for the time being)
