First thing to do is to have patience.
Second thing is to please not open multiple tickets.
Third is to have more patience. :)
We will get to the ticket in time, but some categories require more research or effort on part and take longer to get to.

Hi
I purchased a key for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 Digital Bundle and looking to give it away.
now i wanted to have it added to the list since its mentioned there (only the base game and seperate dlc's are not the actual bundle)
opened a support tickets (a few actually) and just dont get any response from support
any idea what to do?
