They likely just combined the restrictions of Rise of the Triad and Dungeons 2 (see the "information" tab). It doesn't mean all games in the bundle have those restrictions.

I have a Dungeons 2 key from Fanatical Bundle that i was thinking of gifting, didn't know it was restricted. Have to keep that in mind. Thank you for highlighting. :D

This is why I am frustrated at giving keys due to region blocking, so far the keys I got from Indiegala and Fanatical do not have region blocking and I did not check their subs. Maybe I was just lucky the winners were able to redeem. I kind of think whole bundles offered by them are WW or RoW as it better facilitate them in their sales. So far no trouble, since my region is SEA which is very limited.

I have a Toren key in which I pointed out that it is not valid neither in Germany nor in Korea. It's from Fanatical or from IndieGala that does warn. So I'm completely sure that that information is correct. However, when looking for Toren in SteamDB I only see prices in some countries.
Does that mean that if the flag of a certain country is not there, that game has a restriction and will not work on it? If so, it is to go crazy. In the case of Toren, there is not that of Korea and yes that of the European Union with what Toren theoretically could work in Germany although the store in which I bought it says that it will not work. And what about those other countries whose flag does not appear? In theory, it should work...
All this is going to cause me to just give away for my white list because I trust that if the game has a regional block they will allow me to delete it
