Need some advice on a sale price.

So unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up Dishonored GOTY when the sale price was bugged, steam server crapped out right as I hit add to cart.

Amazon actually has a better deal for just the base game, but the game of the year edition is exactly the same as the steam price. So my question is this: Are the DLC packs worth it? Is there only one of them that is an absolute must have? Should i just wait for a better deal on the GOTY?

Love to hear your opinions on the matter, and thanks in advance.

Got same prob here more or less. Steam is my only choice though, can't buy from Amazon. I think I'm going to buy it on Steam even if it's at 66% discount. I think that's a good deal as the game was released in late 2012 and I've also heard it was very good. The only problem is when I think about Skyrim Legendary edition, I bought that for exactly the same price as Dishonored GOTY, (13.59€) and I wonder if it's going to be as worthy as Skyrim :S
EDIT: Also check on gamefly for Dishonored GOTY, it's at 9.99£ but you can also use a free 20% code that you receive in your mail, sadly it's region locked or something so I can't buy it.

Don't forget, most Amazon digital downloads prior to December 31 will earn you a $5 game credit in January..
