Looking back at my tickets, most of them took around one to two hours, some took less than an hour, while other even took four days or more. That was back when there were only very few support members, though.

It really depends upon whether or not Support members are on the site. Re-rolls are usually handled fairly quickly (now that there are less than 5000 of them).
By the way, you may want to edit your OP to indicate your ticket was answered.
