Help with Worldwide smartphone shipping store with M7

*I'm having a rough time deciding which smartphone to get, but I can't afford ultra expensive ones. My budget is around 320$.

I was thinking between Samsung galaxy S3 or HTC One M7. While I know M7 is kinda more expensive, I love the features it has like Zoe and stuff. If there is any other great phone, which there sure is, I'm all ears.*

Second issue, I live in shit ass country, where everything is either used, or ultra expensive, so I'm looking for a website that sells phones online, with worldwide shipping or shipping to Bosnia & Herzegovina. Any recommendations?****

But seriously, I would get either. They're both technically the same. The M7 in my opinion has a better design.

I will wait for holiday, get some more $ and stuff, I don't really like the design of Samsung's phones, so I'll be going with HTC if it's really worth the bigger price. :D
