Did you just buy or bought and recieved a key?

I'm pretty sure the game doesn't have region locked keys available. We should be getting keys we can use without problems. Its just blocked from being purchased outside of the region, because it was being abused bad enough they ran out of keys for it on the first day of their sale for it.

It would appear they haven't restocked yet.

I really should've grabbed an extra set or two, but I figured it was cheap enough and the sale ran long enough that anyone who wanted a copy would have ample opportunity to get one. I suppose there's always someone who misses out, though.
