Language in Ubisoft games in Singapore or India?

I'm in Russia, so Singapore and India are the next cheapest regions when it comes to the prices on Assassin's Creed Unity and Rogue. Do the versions sold in those regions support the English language? Can they be gifted to someone from Russia?

The games are nearly always in English in Singapore, but I'm pretty sure we don't get the cheapest prices. I think Malaysia/Indonesia is generally cheaper. As for gifting, only works if there's no more than 10% price diff.

Thanks for the information. Are you saying that it's also possible to gift games to a region that has higher prices as long as the difference is less than 10%? Would that allow me to get the game from someone from Chile too?
