oh, it does... if game goes in sale in -90% and is in bundle, even when you gave game away before it was bundled, now when it is bundled, you loose CV for it

I mean, it's in the FAQ
Giveaways for bundle games created after the bundle date (emphasis mine) will always receive 15% of their value. For example, if you gift 2 copies of a $20 bundle game, you would receive $6 (3 + 3) in value towards your level. Keep in mind that changes to the list of bundle games will apply retroactively, so if a bundle begins today, attempting to gift the game before it's added to the list will offer no advantage. Games may also be added to the bundle list if they're available for free during a promotion, or if they're highly discounted in a sale.
It doesn't seem confusing to me. I don't know where you're getting lost.
You can even look up what's considered bundle in your gift history (thanks knsys for the great tool!). For example, in my history I can see that my old giveaways for Rome: Total War (sidenote: I love this game) aren't counted as bundled. Although it's on the bundle list now, my old giveaways occurred prior to March 13th 2014.

I was level 5 and now I'm only level 4!
To celebrate reaching level 4, I'm doing a tiny train here. It's all bundle games so that I can come back in a few days and complain that my CL level still isn't increasing, as is tradition.
Edit: OK, the train is ready to go! Prepare for disappointment!
Edit #2: For the record, it was Slowacki's Goat Simulator giveaway here that alerted me to the fact that I had lost my CL5 status, so really the entire train is thanks to him. Everyone go to Slowacki's thread and thank him for these games!
