Worked for me and i am EU too.
Keys are only available for members that are Level 5+.

Even if you play on Steam it still uses your GOG account. So you redeem it on GOG, but you'll open the pack in-game.

Did you try checking under the Shop screen? If you have anything to open (kegs, starter pack, etc) there will be an "Open Goodies" button at the top of the Shop screen.
