I'm glad I had only 2 months left when IGN took over. And I'm glad I decided to cancel my subscription after that... But I see how most people are probably very happy with the changes. Me, I was in more for the great indie games included.

Yeah, I saw that a bit after posting this. I've played LiS and Owlboy before, not a fan of CIV's. But Tacoma, Black The Fall and Snake Pass would've been nice.

This is such a weird decision. I mean, having base game in the Monthly deal and banking on people getting the DLC is nothing new, but this just means you have to get the Ringed City separately for 15€ at some point. And you can on Steam so they won't even goad you into buying the season pass.

Times I actually wish I was getting the substitute not the real thing, as whilst I've got no interest in Dark Souls III, I'd love to play beyond earth. Oh well. I guess it's still a good giveaway key I guess.

I'm not really into DS3 due to the difficulty level but I'm tempted to get this anyway in case there's something else in the bundle that's good. I've made that mistake before, skipping out on a month because I don't like the title game only to find out virtually all of the other games were on my wishlist. I'm conflicted. Thoughts?

It all comes down to preference.
In my case, I have an annual sub and I'm only interested in early unlocks half of the time. But what matters for me the most are the hidden titles. If I don't like the Early Unlock (which is not the case this time) I usually just give it away or trade it for some wishlist title.

I wasn't sure if pausing means I can get one more in the future or just lost, however... I'm going to buy just every Humble Bundle. If some game were boring or duplicate, I can always give them away :) It's still very good deal. Cause it's hard to get SINGLE game for price of whole monthly :) I think it's worth it :D But thanks for the hint anyway :)

This is a no brainer for me and the second time I'll bite a humble monthly (I do not like to make blind purchases), after XCOM2.
Almost bought DS3 during last winter sale and to get it cheaper and with a DLC is great. I loved DS1, by the way :)

I'm from one of the countries who will not receive DS3 if I purchase the monthly bundle. Does this mean that the bundle that I would receive would be $14.99 short? Since the replacement is only $59.99 vs the original offer which is with the dlc.

For me Octomber : Rise of the tomb rider : 11 EUR minimum !
November : Shadow Tactics : 11 EUR minimum !
December meh skip !
January : Quantum Break 7 EUR + The long Dark 6 EUR = 13 EUR minimum
February : CIV VI minimum 20 EUR !

Is there a work around for someone who has a virtual card? HB don't accept prepaid/virtual card for monthly and there is no paypal in my country. I have to ask another friend to buy it for me when it comes to a monthly I want :/

Oh I never thought about that. But if its a gift subscription then does it have to be unlocked to someone else's account? Have you tried it yourself or just heard rumours? Main concern for me is still the virtual card payment option, if that works I don't mind creating another HB account just to send my games to that account.

Yeah its real. Actually I generate the virtual card from my Visa because online shopping is much safer, easier and no extra charges. After buying the monthly from my Visa, they made me pay extra tax which I'm not happy about. But for a monthly, there is no other choice for me.

Your credit card provider gives you the virtual cards, or is it a separate company?
Visa cards always have something like 1.75% extra charges or so when using foreign currencies from what I saw, at least in Europe and the like that's how it is.

Its the same company. My real card is a debit Visa card actually but when I create virtual card then the virtual card acts like a credit card, in online stores I just select Master Card option for the virtual card. There is an online portal where we create and top-up virtual cards, no need to specifically ask them to create one for us. It just transfers money from Visa to virtual card. Very easy to use.

actually we get US prices but still region locked to SA, anyway i was using nuveem's prices, but cant quite recall what was the price during the sale, if it was 15$ or 20$.. for DS3DE, but now maybe it was 24$ like he said.. xd sry....
Right now without a sale the 2d DLC is 18$, if during the sale it goes down to half, that is 9$ + the 12$ of HB that is 21$, i mean is less than when is on sale, but not by much... so i guess ill wait xd.
