If you think something is fishy let the support people know what's going on - you want to click "support" then "submit a question." Actually, if you suspect someone of something, you should tell us so we can investigate and deal with it. That's not making trouble. Accusing them publicly where it could start a witch hunt for someone who may not have even done anything because of a misunderstanding would be making trouble, but letting us know so we can deal with it as needed is just helping make the site better for everyone by making people aware of the rules if they aren't already, and removing those who have no intention of following them so the rest of us can enjoy the place more.

Upon review of the evidence I believe my alarm was unwarranted, it was not my intention to falsely accuse anyone, I will go through my history again just to be sure, it just seemed weird.

He's a lot better than those new people asking why they haven't won giveaways yet. I don't think the age of his account should affect how he should be treated since it's irrelevant.
