From the info above it seems like the keys are ROW keys which can be activated everyone except Japan, so technically, you should be able to activate them if you get the bundle somehow unless you're from Japan, of course. :)

You can buy it using VPN. I bought monthlies before where the games were not available in our region using VPN. They worked well.

And that happens all the time. People hold on to their precious game, and goes..."oooh my game is soo much more valuable than yours", and then it appears in a bundle or two and they sit there with their not-so-valuable-any-longer game, that noone want. It's a little funny actually.

I usually trade at barter.....and you're absolutely right XD.
One of the best example of this was when H1Z1 becomes free to play 2 month after appears in a Humble montlhy.
And some traders obvious resell keys at G2A and have some kind of business trading games.

General rule I found is never hold a game for longer than 3-6 months. If a game has been bundled, even in the monthly, it's going to get bundled again. A few exceptions to this rule exist, but generally games go down in price. Anybody holding a game code long term for increased profit is a fool.

That's definitely has a high price point for the top tier but if you had any interest in Tekken 7 and were considering buying it, it's not that bad. IG had the historical low at $16.99 but most sales drop it to no less than $20 which is the historical low on Steam. And if there was an interest in Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet as well it has historical low of $16. An interest in both of those would seem worth it for $25.

GOD EATER 2 Rage Burst: ROW excluding Japan
PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX+: ROW excluding Japan
ENSLAVED: Odyssey to the West Premium Edition: ROW excluding Japan
When creating gift links for any of the games in this bundle, you will receive a warning for the following country list: BN,CN,HK,ID,JP,KH,KP,KR,LA,MM,MN,MO,MY,PG,PH,SG,TH,TL,TW,VN.
These belong to the Asia / SEA regions, where the bundle is not purchasable anyway.
Other than that the above three games are not redeemable in Japan, all games in this bundle can be activated in Asia / SEA.
