There is no game, its a "bug", always happen with these types of badge, because it always classifies all badges as of a game.

You only unlock with the queue. It is just stating that you can still earn cards. In the summer game, it was even more bugged.

It always shows you, that you can earn cards because the counter resets every day with the new queue. So you can get drops at 7p.m. CET
